What changed, and when.

The running record for the systems listed on this site — what shipped, what moved from a preview card to a real URL, what got rebuilt. Not press releases.

Every entry is dated to the day the thing actually happened, not the day it was written up here. Work inside the brokerage is described but never linked.

October 2026

  1. azagents.ai

A Chinese-first blog went live with its first two posts: how to vet AI training before paying for it, and which SEO and AEO claims hold up. Every post lists its sources.

September 2026

  1. azagents.ai

Four pages at once: this log, the AI study notes, a snapshot of the open-source projects I'm tracking, and a page on what I take on.

  2. azagents.ai

The www address now redirects to the bare domain with query strings intact, and the site is registered with Google and Bing webmaster tools.

  3. azagents.ai

Every page now carries a machine-readable description of itself, and 'last modified' comes from the commit that actually changed the content — not from the deploy, which would claim the whole site was fresh every time.

  4. azagents.ai

Registration page went up for the free in-person session. The form posts into the same lead endpoint the showing agent already uses — no second backend.

  5. azagents.ai

Page for the 58AI bootcamp — the in-person AI course I teach for Toronto agents, in Mandarin.

  6. Voice Lecturer

Moved to testing. The project page now carries a real sample lesson you can listen to, not a description of one.

August 2026

  1. OpenHouse Agent

Added to the inventory: an iPad receptionist for showings and open houses that answers from the fact sheet and nothing else.

  2. Tenant File Review

Second project to go live with a real URL.

  3. Form Finder

First project on this site to stop being a preview card and get a real URL.

  4. azagents.ai

The full inventory went up: every project gets a page, including the ones that run inside the brokerage and are listed but never linked.

  5. azagents.ai

Eight tracks of real estate work, broken into steps, each step marked unattended, AI-drafted, or human only. First page here that says where AI does not belong.

  6. azagents.ai

Added the workbench strip — the actual usage panels, screenshotted, with the numbers spelled out underneath.

  7. azagents.ai

Site went live on its own domain, in both languages, written independently rather than translated.
