An iPad voice host for showings and open houses — it answers from the listing's fact sheet only, and hands everything else to me.
What it is
One voice agent serves every listing: each property gets a reviewed fact sheet, and the agent speaks only from it — no improvised numbers, no advice, and it introduces itself as an AI. Two modes: a quiet Q&A assistant during private showings, and a kiosk greeter at open houses that can take a visitor’s contact details. Tap to talk; the session ends with the conversation.
Where it stands
Deployed, with a demo listing live. Every prompt or model change must re-pass a ten-case red-line regression — made-up numbers, out-of-scope advice, seller-privacy probes. What’s left is on-device acceptance at a real open house.
