What it is
A review tool for the documents tenants submit: it extracts the numbers and checks whether they agree with each other — detail rows against stated totals, ratios against their inputs, dates against each other. Analysis runs entirely in your browser: open DevTools and watch the Network panel stay empty while it works.
Where it stands
The demo is live at creditcheck.azagents.ai — synthetic samples with planted inconsistencies, or drop in a PDF of your own. The production app is in build, adding source-profile checks against known-genuine document formats. By design it never calls a document fake and never outputs a rent-or-decline verdict: observations on the table, judgement stays human.
